The Chair

Anyone who has spent much time with Kaleigh knows that she loves to climb into chairs. She fell in love with a Pottery Barn chair that belongs to Mike and Susan. Brent and I have been planning to get her one and today I finally did. SHE LOVES IT!!!!! She had to wait until about 30 minutes before bedtime to get to play with it because her wonderful Godmother Susan embroidered her name on it for her. It looks perfect. I would have loved to have gone with pink of course but Brent said "NO MORE PINK" so I went with the green instead and with her name in pink on it, it turned out perfect. Thank you Susan. The only problem with the chair is that another little girl in the house loves it too.

Our good friends and Kaleigh's Godparents Mike and Susan are waiting to bring home their son Cameron from China. The wait has turned out to be much longer than they thought it would be and it has been hard since they have known who Cameron is the entire time. The good part of the wait (if there can be a good part) is that it has allowed them the opportunity to do so many wonderful things for Cameron's orphanage. They are doing one last fundraiser (since hopefully they will be traveling soon) and hopefully some of you will feel it in your heart to donate to the cause.
